Hey! I’m Olivia.
With 12 years’ experience working on digital and content strategies and product development, I understand the common challenges and opportunities that come with ambitious organisations who want to improve their digital experience.
Working with charities, public sector, ecommerce, telecomms, health, fitness fashion and beauty, I’m used to hitting the ground running in a number of industries, providing a versatile and methodical approach to user research, content marketing, strategic thinking and collaborative working. I’ve setup multiple brands and understand the tools and tricks to writing content that makes businesses stand out.
I’m a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor and uses her gift of facilitation to help teams creatively explore new ideas in inclusive and thought-provoking workshops.
