We can deliver a content strategy as an out-the-box content strategy project or it can be tailored to the areas of focus you have in mind. We can also provide content strategists on secondment if you need a content design or content strategy presence in your delivery team.

How does it work?
Book a rapport call
Book in a rapport call to set the scene; where you’re at right now and where you’d like to be with your content offering.
We’ll share a quote with you for sign off alongside upcoming availability and a target project plan.
There is a 10% deposit required.
Kick off and research
Our first touch point is all about goal-setting, understanding where you’re at and where do you want to be.
We’ll then look at audience needs and behaviours, using evidence to inform in-demand content.
We’ll determine challenges and opportunities in relation to content from speaking with stakeholders and reviewing your organisational strategy.
Ideation and action-planning
Through a series of workshops we’ll probe into four key themes:
- content pillars, what you say and how you say it
- content governance and processes, who does what and why
- content modelling, how it’s all connected
- content design, where content meets user experience, how content can be optimised to hit your goals
The final phase translates ideas into action with a set of recommendations and a project plan for your team to take forward.
Investment
For us, it's all about delivering highly valuable contact time that will educate and challenge you and your team to do things differently.
Core content strategy
- Content research, data analytics review, SEO review, at least 4 creative workshops, analysis and project plan with final presentation and handover. Investment is subject to project outputs and time requirements.
Content strategist secondment
- Incorporate a Content Strategist or Content Design Lead into your delivery team. Starting from £15k but factors like project length, number of days and project requirements affect this.
