The content kickstarter workshop works around the content areas you need support with. You may be struggling to define the organisation, or your products or services. You may be struggling with getting other teams to work with you and you want to explore how to make ways of working better in terms of publishing content. 

How does it work?

Book a rapport call

Book in a rapport call to set the scene;  challenges, background of the organisation, upcoming plans and a rough idea of the content area you’d like to focus on, we can decide on in-person or virtual. 

Bring all relevant evidence and research to the conversation; past research projects, Google Analytics data and any strategic documentation that may influence our planning.

There may be a few back and fourths on email as we agree on workshop priority and attendees. 

Join the workshop

Virtual workshops will last 2.5 hours within 1-2 breaks.

In-person workshops will last 4 hours with 2-3 breaks. 

I’ll be presenting our discussion points on a Miro board or a physical wall with a clear agenda. There’s emphasis on interaction and collaboration so expect creative exercises to help you and your team think differently about the way you do things.

Recommendations and action plan

All of the insights and recommendations packaged up in a short and sweet slide deck, highlighting key actions so you can start to make change happen. 

The outputs of our discussions will also be highlighted, mostly the important stuff that helps to inform the next steps.

This is a great asset to share internally with stakeholders.
